Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment

Event rentals are paid in full at booking. Job-site rentals pay the first 28-day cycle at booking, and later cycles bill automatically to the card or approved account on file on day 1 of each cycle. Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Approved business accounts may pay by check or ACH within 15 days of invoice.

Renewal

Job-site rentals renew every 28 days until you request pickup. Each cycle includes one service visit per week. Cycles are not prorated.

Cancellation

Cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 48 hours keep a $75 dispatch fee. Postponing to a new date is free until the driver leaves the yard. Once a unit is delivered, the event price or current 28-day cycle is not refundable.

Delivery and access

You provide a level spot the truck can reach within about 30 feet, plus gate codes and an on-site contact. If the driver cannot place the unit because of locked gates, blocked access or unsafe ground, a $75 return-trip fee applies to the second attempt.

Use and damage

Units are for human waste and toilet paper only. Normal wear is included. Tipping, fire, graffiti, vandalism and foreign objects (paint, concrete, trash) are billed at the actual clean-up or repair cost, documented with photos. A lost or destroyed unit is billed at replacement cost. Do not move a unit yourself.

Pickup

Event units are picked up on the date set at booking, normally the next business day after the event. Job-site units are picked up within 2 business days of your call or text, and billing stops on the day you call.

Property

We place units where you direct. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, pavement or landscaping caused by normal truck access to the spot you chose.

Changes to these terms

We review these terms every 6 months. Last reviewed October 14, 2026.
