Can the porta potty go in a city park?
A porta potty can go in a park if your park reservation or event permit allows it. Units at permitted events often must sit on a hard surface such as a path, parking lot or plywood. Send us the pavilion or field name and the nearest parking lot.
What if my party is 500 to 1,000 feet from where the truck can park?
Our driver can carry or roll a unit about 30 feet from the truck. For a party far from any drivable path, place the unit at the nearest point the truck reaches, or rent a trailer-mounted unit that can be towed closer.
Can my family pick up the porta potty and move it ourselves?
Customer pickup is not allowed. Units are heavy with deodorizer in the tank and must be strapped upright in a proper truck. We deliver to the exact spot you choose instead.
