What the quote form collects

The quote form collects your delivery ZIP code, phone number, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. It does not ask for your name, email or payment details.

How the form is processed

Form submissions are sent through Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails the request to us. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it. We do not sell, rent or share form data with anyone else.

Phone calls and texts

When you call or text, we record your name, phone number, delivery address, gate codes and on-site contact so the driver can complete the rental. Payment cards are processed by our card processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Analytics

The site may use privacy-respecting analytics to count page views, calls and form submissions per page. These tools do not identify you personally.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not become rentals are deleted after 12 months. Rental records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes.
